When you request a booking, or talk to our AI assistant, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration, the problem you have described, and your preferred date and arrival time. Our AI assistant also keeps a short summary of what you told it, so the garage understands the issue before calling you.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out the work on your vehicle, and keep a record of it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your chat or enquiry content for advertising or analytics.

How it is stored and who sees it

Enquiry records are held securely and are visible only to authorised garage staff. Booking details may also be added to our internal calendar so the appointment is not missed. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations.
